FixWeb is a website-quality scanning service operated by EGO HERO LLC (“FixWeb”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or running an anonymous scan, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the foregoing, do not use FixWeb.

Before applying any suggested remediation — whether by hand or by passing it to an AI coding tool — you must independently review it, test it in a non-production environment where appropriate, and confirm that it is correct, complete, and appropriate for your system. Scheduled re-scans. verified domain ಮೇಲೆ recurring schedule enable ಮಾಡಿದರೆ (Pro / Unlimited ಮಾತ್ರ), ಪ್ರತಿ cron-triggered scan ನೀವು domain ownership ಮೊದಲು verify ಮಾಡಿ scan ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದ authorization-to-scan attestation ಅನ್ನು inherit ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. GitHub-integrated scans. ನೀವು optional GitHub integration (Pro ಮತ್ತು Unlimited plans) connect ಮಾಡಿ repo scan ನಡೆಸಿದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ stored OAuth token ಬಳಸಿ GitHub REST API ಮೂಲಕ repository content fetch ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. We do not warrant that FixWeb will detect every website-quality issue in your application. We do not warrant that any finding is accurate, material, or relevant to your environment. We do not warrant that any suggested remediation, including any AI-generated text, is correct, safe to apply, or appropriate for your use case. The absence of a finding is not, and must not be relied upon as, evidence that your website is complete, compliant, accessible, performant, or secure.

ಈ TERMS ಇಂದ ARISING OUT OF ಅಥವಾ RELATED TO ಆಗುವ ನಮ್ಮ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY, ALL CLAIMS COMBINED ಗೆ, (A) CLAIM ಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ EVENT ಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಮುಂಚಿನ TWELVE (12) MONTHS ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ನಮಗೆ ನಿಜವಾಗಿ paid ಮಾಡಿದ FEES, ಅಥವಾ (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100) ಇವೆರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ಮೀರದು.

• ಯಾವುದೇ applicable law ಅಥವಾ third-party right ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ.

ನೀವು United States resident ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಮತ್ತು EGO HERO LLC ಈ Terms ಅಥವಾ FixWeb ಇಂದ arising out of ಅಥವಾ relating to ಆಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ dispute, claim, ಅಥವಾ controversy (ಪ್ರತಿ ಒಂದು, “Dispute”) American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) ತನ್ನ Consumer Arbitration Rules ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ administer ಮಾಡುವ binding individual arbitration ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ. Arbitration English language ನಲ್ಲಿ, amount in controversy USD 25,000 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ documents-only basis ನಲ್ಲಿ (ಅಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ remotely), ಮತ್ತು Cheyenne, Wyoming ನಲ್ಲಿ seated ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. Award ಮೇಲಿನ judgment ಯಾವುದೇ court of competent jurisdiction ನಲ್ಲಿ entered ಆಗಬಹುದು.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. ನೀವು ಮತ್ತು EGO HERO LLC ಪರಸ್ಪರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ claims ಅನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ individual capacity ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ bring ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಯಾವುದೇ purported class, collective, ಅಥವಾ representative proceeding ನಲ್ಲಿ plaintiff ಅಥವಾ class member ಆಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ. 30-day opt-out. ಈ Terms ಅನ್ನು ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ accept ಮಾಡಿದ 30 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ support@fixweb.app ಗೆ written notice ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀವು ಈ arbitration agreement ಮತ್ತು class waiver ಇಂದ opt out ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ನಿಮ್ಮ notice ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ name, account email, ಮತ್ತು arbitration ಇಂದ opt out ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
