FixWeb is a website-quality scanning service operated by EGO HERO LLC (“FixWeb”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or running an anonymous scan, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the foregoing, do not use FixWeb.

FixWeb استعمال کرنے کے لیے آپ کی عمر کم از کم ۱۶ سال ہونی چاہیے۔ اگر آپ کسی تنظیم کی جانب سے FixWeb استعمال کر رہے ہیں تو آپ بیان اور ضمانت دیتے ہیں کہ آپ کو اس تنظیم کو ان شرائط کا پابند بنانے کا اختیار ہے۔

Scheduled re-scans. اگر آپ verified domain پر recurring schedule فعال کرتے ہیں (صرف Pro / Unlimited)، تو ہر cron-triggered scan وہ authorization-to-scan attestation inherit کرتا ہے جو آپ نے پہلی بار domain ownership verify کرتے اور scan شروع کرتے وقت دی تھی۔ یہ attestation اس وقت تک برقرار رہتی ہے جب تک schedule enabled ہو۔ آپ اسے کسی بھی وقت ڈیش بورڈ → ڈومینز میں schedule disable کر کے revoke کر سکتے ہیں؛ اگلا cron tick domain کو skip کرے گا۔

GitHub-integrated scans. اگر آپ optional GitHub integration connect کرتے ہیں (Pro اور Unlimited plans) اور repo scan چلاتے ہیں، تو ہم آپ کے stored OAuth token کے ذریعے GitHub REST API سے repository content fetch کرتے ہیں۔ Source content findings بنانے کے لیے memory میں process ہوتا ہے؛ صرف وہ individual finding evidence persist ہوتا ہے جو ہم surface کرتے ہیں، اور صرف ordinary scans والی retention window کے لیے۔ ہم کبھی full source dumps کو long-term storage میں نہیں لکھتے اور repository content کو AI models train کرنے کے لیے کبھی استعمال نہیں کرتے۔ مکمل تفصیل کے لیے رازداری پالیسی دیکھیں۔

We do not warrant that FixWeb will detect every website-quality issue in your application. We do not warrant that any finding is accurate, material, or relevant to your environment. We do not warrant that any suggested remediation, including any AI-generated text, is correct, safe to apply, or appropriate for your use case. The absence of a finding is not, and must not be relied upon as, evidence that your website is complete, compliant, accessible, performant, or secure.

European Union، United Kingdom، یا کسی بھی other jurisdiction میں ordinarily resident consumers جس کا mandatory law انہیں اپنے home courts میں claims لانے کا right دیتا ہے، وہ right retain کرتے ہیں۔ Section 16 میں arbitration agreement اور class action waiver ایسے consumers پر اس extent تک apply نہیں کرتے جہاں وہ mandatory local consumer protections سے conflict کرتے ہوں۔

Scan reports may identify a third-party hostname and assert that it has website-quality issues. Because our findings are heuristic and may include false positives, you agree that you will not publicly post, share on social media, or otherwise make available to the general public any FixWeb scan report or screenshot that identifies a target hostname you do not own or operate, without first obtaining the target operator's written consent.
