Why it matters
A pile of posts is not automatically a strategy. FixWeb looks for evidence that published content serves a recognizable audience, clusters into territories the brand can own, and receives enough planning and maintenance to stay useful.
How it works
Crawl proxies record a content hub, topic clustering in paths and links, cornerstone and supporting-link patterns, word-length distribution, media mix, and publish or update dates in structured data. A model judges whether the editorial position and pillars cohere for the audience rather than looking like scattered keyword coverage. Roles, approval workflows, and an unpublished calendar are not crawl-visible and remain unscored.
Site impact
Unfocused topics dilute authority and make internal linking harder; a single repetitive format limits how audiences learn; and long unexplained gaps make a program look abandoned. Stale evergreen pages can lose trust even when their original advice was strong. These are observable program signals, not a forecast of traffic or a guarantee that a cadence will perform.
How to improve
State a specific editorial mission and organize the program into three to five audience-relevant pillars. Anchor each with one or two comprehensive pieces and link supporting articles back to them. Mix short, medium, long-form, and non-article formats intentionally, publish at a capacity-matched cadence, and review evergreen leaders every six to twelve months with visible update signals.
