Why it matters
A page can have polished styling and still fail its editorial job. Skipped headings, a buried answer, broken internal links, or an unsourced statistic all make content harder to trust and use.
How it works
The evaluator checks heading hierarchy, title and meta coverage, image alt text, answer paragraphs, FAQPage and other schema, internal-link health, link density, word-count floors, near-duplicates, and expected images. A model reviews AI tells, voice drift, lede strength, and citation discipline.
Site impact
Readers lose confidence when claims cannot be traced, sections feel machine-written, or several pages compete with the same thin copy. At scale, those defects multiply through templates and make the editorial backlog difficult to prioritize.
How to improve
Give every page one clear H1 and a logical outline, answer the likely query early, repair internal links, and add valid schema only for content that exists. Source or remove statistics and quotes, keep a consistent voice, and expand, merge, or differentiate thin near-duplicates.
